Rigorous tests are conducted on everything from raw materials to finished products to ensure safety from a microbiological perspective. This also promotes research on microbial growth relative to temperature and time.
Checks Using State-of-the-Art Testing Equipment
We have implemented DNA testing equipment for each major raw material such as rice to strengthen our inspection system. In addition to inspections of rice mills and having suppliers submit certificates, we use scientific analysis to ensure trustworthiness.
Food Labeling Controls at the Head Office
Labeling is centrally managed by the Quality Labeling Department in the head office. We collect raw material specifications and certificates from suppliers, review these rigorously to decide on appropriate labeling in compliance with the law, then distribute labeling data.
