Reason for Development
With the growth of convenience stores, onigiri have an established image as something that can be casually eaten at anytime. At the same time, in addition to the convenience of onigiri, there has been an increasing demand for more refined options.
To revitalize the market and meet a greater variety of needs, we revised ingredients and manufacturing methods from scratch to create a completely new type of onigiri with premium fillings, carefully selected origins, and special seasonings.
What Makes It Different From Other Onigiri
What sets this apart is our sheet filling method that gently wraps even large ingredients. Compared to conventional pressed onigiri, this rice ball is very fluffy and is packaged by inflating the wrapping with air to ensure the rice remains fluffy like a hand-pressed onigiri without getting squished.
