We will strive to eradicate sexual harassment, bullying, and unjust discrimination based on gender, nationality, age, ethnicity, race, religion, beliefs, or physical disabilities to ensure fair treatment that respects individual aptitude and ability.

We will take pride in our mission as members of a food company to supply high-quality, safe products to customers and strive to improve our job skills and improve work efficiency proactively, thereby creating a workplace where we can work comfortably with coworkers and relevant departments to achieve results.

We will create a workplace where everyone can work with peace of mind by maintaining an organized, clean, and tidy workplace with regular training on safety and sanitation as well as developing and abiding by manuals for daily operations, and establishing systems to prevent and handle incidents and disasters.
